It's been a while since my previous post, but the headline pretty much sums up the last couple of months.
I was right on track with training for some serious mountain summits this summer when I got knocked out by the flu about 5 weeks ago. Since I didn't have the patience to sit around and wait, I started exercising far too early, resulting in the healing process to take forever. At least I'm finally able to start jogging again this week.
Over the past couple of weeks, I've had some amazing bouldering sessions with lots of improvements. And last week I did the first outdoor climbing of this year. We have some beautiful cags around the area where I live. Hopefully we'll get lots of nice weather this season, so that we can go enjoy them.
Lately we've had some spectacular northern lights too. Unfortunately the season is coming to an end now that the days are getting longer.
