Her ex-husband, singer Seal, were quick to purchase a new house in Brentwood after divorcing Klum in 2012, but Heidi's search for the perfect property hasn't been quite as easy.
Seal and Klum, who were married for 7 years, went for completely different types of homes. While Seal's new pad is modern and sleek, Heidi went for a huge Georgian estate.
Built in 2000, Heidi's grand villa is located on a 4.82-acre lot in Stone Ridge gated community. The 11,600-square-foot mansion even comes with a separate guesthouse.
With a total of 6 bedrooms, 9 baths, a country kitchen, large dining room with fireplace, a media room, library, wine cellar and gym, the three story mansion has plenty of space for Klum and her family. The home even comes with a basement.
And with features such as hardwood floors, beautiful fireplaces, a pool and stunning views of the San Fernando Valley, the property has loads of potential. Let's just hope Heidi plans on repainting some of those rooms.
This grand Bel Air estate was originally listed for sale at $12.5 million, but Klum was able to get it at a bargain. She put down $9,875,000 for the new family home.
