If you've been browsing the Internet the last few days, there's a good chance you've come across a certain Youtube video that some claim will be the next Gangnam Style. And "what does the fox say?" seems to be question of the week, all thanks to Ylvis.
Norwegian comedian duo and brothers, Bård and Vegard Ylvisåker, posted a music video to promote their new talkshow: 'I Kveld Med YLVIS' (translation: Tonight With Ylvis), and the video went viral. The video and song are strangly addicting, though I'm more concerned about another one of their questions: "What's the meaning of Stonehenge?"
In May, 2013, younger brother Bård, that's the blond guy, sold his villa in Bergen, and he purchased what's described as a classic 4,736-square-foot mansion built in 1897 in Oslo for NOK 11.8 million (about $2 million).
Though I haven't been able to find any pictures of his new home, Bård's former 2,281-square-foot villa looks like a nice home.
Located by the sea, the 14,000-square-foot lot even came with a boat and private dock. And the comedian had plenty of room for his whole family, as the charming house included 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms/family rooms, a sun room and two balconies.
Bård sold the seafront property for a cool NOK 7,050,000, which is approximately $1,160,000.
Have a look at the complete picture gallery of Bård Ylvisåker's former house in Bergen, Norway (29 pictures).
And here's a fun fact for you: Vegard Ylvisåker's home in Fana, was named Norway's most beautiful home in 2010. Vegard and his wife spent 3 years renovating the traditional 19th century home, and you can see the result here. The family have since then sold the house and moved to Oslo.
